About Us

LLGC was created in fall of 2006 as a result of a conversation with an old friend, who expressed his concern and frustration over the prices he received for the renovation and/or construction of his companies retail chains. One of his responsibilities was to upgrade and standardize stores while at the same time overseeing an aggressive expansion plan in preparation for an initial public offering. His concerns included quality, cost time deliveries and design consistency while maintaining this schedule.

Given the economic slow down in the Detroit area we knew that there was a surplus of highly motivated, talented and eager construction tradesmen that would work for reasonable rates and travel. Hence LLGC was created as a construction group to service retail building needs. LLGC's goal was to eliminate the need for multiple GC and their overhead, markups and delays while also standardizing the construction.

Aside from price, consistency and schedule, our advantage is our versatility. Our crews are experienced in all aspects of build-out work; in addition, since we travel to your sites, our crews work 7 days a week 12 hours a day until the jobs are completed.

In January 2009, we started SFV (Sales, Furnish & Verify) LLC to handle the day to day repair and maintenance issues for our clients. We created a unique web based software program to facilitate repairs and keep key players in the loop in real time. Regional and store managers have a single source to consult and/or input all work order requests. In addition to efficiently tracking nation wide work order requests by managers, our clients executives have only one vendor to pay.

We believe that our system works and believe our service can produce measurable savings in tenant improvement and facility management for multiple location retailer partners.
