A: At LLGC we have our own build-out crews. They are skilled at multiple trades and we have only limited need for sub-contractors. Our teams travel around the country.

At SFV we have built a network of skilled tradesmen for both large and small jobs. They are screened and we constantly strive for exceptional quality while maintaining an affordable price.

Q: How much can our company expect to save using LLGC and/or SFV?

A: We've found that our clients save between 20% - 50% over prior arrangements for build-out and facility management services.

Q: Why should we outsource our facility management?

A: By outsourcing your small repair work you free up your staff to focus on more important tasks. Never again will you pay overtime for maintenance minutia.
