Since our founding, we have worked either directly or through landlords, on numerous projects in 23 States. Aside from price, consistency and schedule; our advantage is our versatility. Our crews are composed of experienced tradesmen, skilled in all aspects of build-out work. We ensure your job is being worked on 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, until your project(s) are completed.
Our clients' requirements for facility management lead to the launch of SFV (Sales, Furnish & Verify, LLC) in 2009. SFV handles all the day-to-day repair and maintenance issues (glass breakage, HVAC, lock changes, etc). We created a unique web-based software program to facilitate repairs and keep key players in the loop in real time. Regional and store managers have a single source to consult and/or input all work order requests. In addition to efficiently tracking their work order requests nationwide, our client's executives have only one vendor, simplifying accounting, logistics and communication.
